Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the eCharge service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our service.
Purchases/Rental
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through eCharge, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your phone number or email address. eCharge a fee of $1 per hour for using eCharge power bank. A daily fee of $10 will be charged for a 24 hours rental. Renting duration will be effective exactly 5 minutes after a power bank has been rented. A borrowing period that is less than 60 minutes will be rounded up as an hour. When you return the power bank to one of our stations your rental period will be concluded. Rental duration will expire after three days, and your portable power bank will be considered purchased. Upon rental of an eCharge power bank your card will be charged the initial rental fee plus tax. When you return the Power bank, your credit card will be processed for the rental period. If you do not return your eCharge power bank within the first 3 days then your card will be charged the full purchase price and daily rental fees, plus tax.

Our Service allows you to charge your phone when you need it the most. Our portable chargers work as any other portable charger and you are solely responsible for any damage our product might cause to your electronic device if not used properly.
